Bo Ssäm a celebration of all things pig

Pork - the most celebrated meat. And Bo Ssäm? Take said pig, coat it with brown sugar and slow roast. Then eat with a bunch of amazing pickley condiments, add sauces and wrap in rice and lettuce. Juicy oyster optional if you can make it all fit.

Sit around a table with some great company, assemble tasty parcels of pork and wash it down with Korean beer and Shoju.

End the meal with Crack pie (c/o momofuku milk bar ), a chocolate pretzel or two,  green tea panna cotta  and some whiskey. Fun night with new friends!
