Restaurant Omen Kyoto

Chanced upon Omen for lunch. It was a beautifully sunny afternoon and the interior looked inviting for people watching. Turns out the food was amazing too, and the restaurant even has a branch in New York City. This set had vegetable tempura, tofu, salmon with shaved radish, and sublime yellow tail mackerel in a warm broth.  There were instructions to help us deal with the soup. Scatter sesame, then add some of the fresh vegetables and then add noodles bit by bit. I hope they open a branch in Canberra.
