Homemade soft flour tortillas


I used a mix of wholemeal and white flour:
3 cups self raising flour
1 cup milk
5 tablespoons olive oil
Extra flour for rolling
Mix the ingredients in a bowl, and roll little balls of dough - about the size of a peach
Put some flour on a board and roll out your thin tortillas. Cook on a non stick fry pan - about 40 seconds each side. 
Eat.
